Es por este motivo, que otorgamos la capacitaci\u00f3n en Buenas Pr\u00e1cticas de Manufactura a sus trabajadores, abarcando las siguientes \u00e1reas: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Definiciones <\/li><li>Enfermedades de Transmisi\u00f3n Alimentaria (ETAs)<\/li><li>Higiene personal<\/li><li>Aseo y desinfecci\u00f3n de zonas y superficies<\/li><li>Manipulaci\u00f3n y Desinfecci\u00f3n de alimentos<\/li><li>Peligros en la manipulaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>Contaminaci\u00f3n cruzada<\/li><li>Control de temperaturas<\/li><li>Almacenamiento eficaz<\/li><li>Y m\u00e1s..<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ah\u00f3rrese la mala experiencia de provocar enfermedades de transmisi\u00f3n alimentaria a sus comensales por culpa de la mala pr\u00e1ctica de sus trabajadores.  Esto puede ocasionar una denuncia a las entidades sanitarias, lo que conlleva a posibles multas o peor a\u00fan, la clausura de su local. La decisi\u00f3n est\u00e1 en sus manos.
